We start with an online evaluation of your website and social media sites. The intention of this is to get an objective picture of your business, as a new customer might when they search you up online. What you state on your website should match with your socials. How you interact online with supporters is crucial in developing new customer relationships and keeping current customers happy and engaged.

The next step is a physical visit to your place of business. Sometimes the smallest shifts to a physical site can dramatically impact a customer's experience. We will view your business with fresh eyes and assess flow, product placement, signage, mood and comfort of experience for customers. If the physical location has options to improve employee experience, those will also be addressed.

Your Full Appraisal with come in a report stating all findings and recommendations. You do not have to follow any advice, of course, but it will be offered in the intention to build your business through customer and employee support.
